Sleep

I slept very well for the first time in a month! 🤗 I guess the physical activity really did help. The scale isn’t showing any progress, but I assume I’ll get there! Strawberries and an atkins shake for breakfast.

Berries, yum!

I’ll hit the gym in a bit. I’m loving this, eventhough I hurt like crazy.
